Labour extended ULEZ to Outer London despite Transport for London’s own report concluding it would have a negligible impact on air quality. I want to see this cash-grab reversed and will campaign to stop Labour’s plans to introduce Pay-per-Mile road charging to London.
Conservative-run Bexley and Bromley Councils challenged Transport for London and the Mayor of London over ULEZ expansion at the High Court. As a Councillor Thomas voted to support the legal action, while Labour Councillors voted against it.
