Our hard-working local police officers are pulled away to central London too often. We need our police in the communities they serve. Thomas wants to see local police bases opened in towns like West Wickham, Penge, Chislehurst, and Sidcup.
It was Conservative-run Bexley Council who saved Bexleyheath Police Station from Sadiq Khan’s axe when he closed half of London’s police front counters.
As a Councillor, Thomas has helped secure extra training and resource for our local police to help tackle speeding on our streets. He has also been campaigning for vehicles for our local to help them spend more time in our communities.
