Section 5.4 of a 16 May 2024 TfL Document entitled "Safety Risk Management on TfL Services" published by the Safety, Sustainability and Human Resources Panel states: "We have centralised a list of relevant meetings, secretariats and reviewed the Terms of Reference (ToR) against our SHEMS requirements. This confirmed opportunities to improve consistency and embed good practices. All Directors responsible for these identified meetings have been made aware of the requirement for consistent ToRs and have committed to progress to completion any of the outstanding safety related actions."
Please will you provide me with (a) a list of the relevant identified meetings, secretariats and directors responsible to which this section refers, (b) copies of the relevant Terms of Reference to which this section refers and (c) a copy of the SHEMS requirements to which this section refers?

In response to your request, I am providing a list of the identified meetings and a copy of the SHEMS (Safety, Health & Environment Management System) requirements.
The process of updating terms of reference by individual accountable directors is continuing, as set out in the document of 16 May 2024. Transport for London (TfL) is planning to complete this by the end of September 2024. You will note that the list provided to you comprises around 50 separate meetings which would be time consuming for TfL to compile centrally. If there are specific meetings for which you would like access to the terms of reference, please identify them and I will arrange for them to be made available to you.
